You are a part of

The Philips Connected Care – Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) business. This division of Philips specializes in installing and servicing patient monitoring devices, networks, and telemetry systems to avoid and reduce complications and improve the care delivery process across the entire hospital.

As hospital environments become more integrated, the service organization is looking to expand its ability to install and service complex networks and consult with customers on high-end integrations.

You will benefit from the team’s growing breadth and depth of healthcare products and services portfolio, and you will be challenged to drive our best-in-class reputation through top customer experience ratings.

You are responsible for;

  1. Develops, maintains, and improves relations with existing and potential customers in the assigned district/area.
  2. With the help of sales management, the yearly sales plan is to set targets and plan actions and MarCom deliverables.
  3. Creates, together with the internal order desk, optimal offers to the accounts.
  4. Initializes customer-tailored sales actions and supports national sales actions.
  5. Monitors the quality of the realization of the actions and improves contact between the internal service and the customers to get a good result.
  6. Presents and explains the local product portfolio and supports national promotions.
  7. Reports regularly on sales results and expectations, market and competition, and trends to inform about the situation.

You’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following to succeed in this role.

  • Experience in account management, sales activity, or project management
  • Minimum 1-2 years in a similar position
  • Negotiation, contracting, and problem-solving skills to develop the account.
  • Experience working with large matrix teams, both internally and externally
  • Understand local market environments, reimbursement models, public tenders, and local challenges and regulations
  • Background in the healthcare industry will be valuable
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and in English languages
  • Clean drive license
  • Availability to travel
