As a Senior Accountant with consolidation or whole cycle accounting experience needed for a significant visual effects company.

It is the subsidiary of a multinational entertainment streaming service looking for exceptional and dedicated professionals to build our team.

Duties

1. Accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and general ledger accounting.
2. Posting of cash and bank documents (incl. foreign currency)
3. Carrying out payment transactions and credit card and travel expense accounting
4. Monthly financial statements, preparation of monthly advance sales tax returns, consolidation of main and branch offices, AWV, and KSK.
5. Cost center accounting
6. Monitoring and control of liquid funds available at short notice, payment transactions
7. Set up monthly reporting documentation to meet the needs of our listed parent company

Qualifications

1. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar capacity
2. Knowledge of typical MS Office applications, especially Excel, including pivot tables
3. You have completed your training as an accountant, or you have many years of professional experience working as a financial accountant
4. Experience with DATEV (Fakturierung mit Rechnungswesen) is a must
5. Workday experience a plus
6. You work independently, networked, responsible, and organized and can grasp complex interrelationships. quickly
