Job Description.
The Disney+ Analytics & Insights team is looking for an Analyst to join the EMEA team based in London, working specifically in their Content Analytics team. You will analyze content performance across the region, outline healthy/unhealthy audience segments, and define opportunities and implications for content acquisition and production.
You will drive our ability to generate crucial insights on the performance of their content across the Disney+ brands – including Star, our general entertainment offering – and will directly feed into business decisions and action plans across the region.
Responsibilities.
- Shed light on content preferences by audience segment, evolving our audience segmentation as relevant – in close collaboration with market-dedicated analysts to provide locally relevant views.
- Identify well-served and under-served segments, marrying data insights with upcoming content schedule and market availability of content, to inform programming strategy.
- Develop more self-serve and automated reporting on content performance for regional stakeholders.
Requirements.
- Hands-on experience writing SQL is essential.
- Background in data visualization and dashboard development.
- Solid understanding of statistics concepts (e.g., propensity modeling, hypothesis testing, regression analysis).
- Background in Content or Customer Engagement Analytics is a plus.
- Skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple project schedules and deadlines that run simultaneously.
- Have a demonstrated history of translating complex data sets into clear and actionable narratives and communicating opportunities and challenges to stakeholders.
Salary: The average salary for an Analyst is £40353 per year in the United Kingdom.
