Description
Our client is hiring a Paediatric with a sub-specialty of neurodevelopment focusing on and assessing all aspects of development, including language, social communication, interaction skills, play behavior, motor skills, and some cognition from birth through to late adolescence.
Providing specialized services to Paediatric Patients assessing, diagnosing, and supporting children with problems with any aspect of their development.
Responsible for clinical evaluation and management of children with neurodevelopmental and behavioral issues within an individual or multidisciplinary framework.
Conduct assessment & re-assessment for all patients in the OPD, on admission, and before any procedure.
Provide consultation/referral services to the in-patient services in his area of expertise;.
Provides after-working hours on-call emergency coverage for emergencies;·Participates and contributes to all the quality assurance activities of the service.
Skills
You are a dedicated Paediatrician with a subspecialty in neurodevelopment. You have the skills and ability to treat many conditions, ranging from learning delays to movement disorders to degenerative brain disease in infants, children, and teenagers.
Skills & competencies.
- Exquisite knowledge of diagnostic, treatment, and rehabilitation principles and techniques;
- Up-to-date knowledge of drugs/medication appropriate for children and their side effects;
- Familiarity with traditional and web-based prescription systems;
- Active listener, patient and calm;
- Outstanding diagnostic and problem-solving abilities;
- Excellent communication skills.
Education & qualifications
- MBBS AND Specialty Degree AND High Qualification (Fellowship, Ph.D., European Board, American, Canadian, German, Irish & UK Board);
- Experience not less than 12 years, 7 years after the high qualification will get Consultant level license
- Preferred situation: part-time employment. Full-time employment is possible, and then the scope will be general Paediatric in addition to subspecialty Neurodevelopment.
