About Our Client
Our client is a sizable manufacturing company with over 7000 employees worldwide. Main manufacturing process cover SMT, Injection, Stamping, CNC, etc.
Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of operations in the factory.
- Maintained smooth workflow between departments and resolved any inter-departmental conflicts.
- Leads and manages direct reports, including factory administration, production, manufacturing engineering, and purchasing.
- Ensures the factory stays on schedule and commitments with production, NPI, and quality. Ensures the factory meets the goals set by the management team.
- Maintains on-time shipments of 98% or better.
- Maintain facilities to meet high standards.
- Establishes quarterly KPIs for self and factory direct reports.
- Review with the management team regularly to ensure goals are being completed and develop new goals based on needs.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing a factory.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Fluent in speaking and reading in both Mandarin and English language.
- Experience using Lean and 5S experience a plus.
- Experienced in hiring and coordinating Engineering Program Management.
- Experienced with providing high levels of customer service.
- Experienced in different levels of quality, incoming, in-process, outgoing, SPC, KPI, CPK& FMEA, etc.
- Judgment / Decision Making – Demonstrates consistent logic, rationality, and objectivity in decision making. Takes into consideration related business ramifications of various alternative courses of action.
