Job Description
The Patients Coordinator is responsible for executing the daily tasks related to each program by coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure the necessary support is provided to the patients.
Their duties include performing specialized tasks, regular follow-up with patients on document submissions, completing financial assessments, guiding patients to seek support from charity organizations, facilitating their treatment dispensing process, and updating their treating physicians by sharing regular reports.
Key Role Accountabilities
- Patients onboarding and requesting documents for enrollment and the Financial Assessment.
- We are completing financial assessment analysis when needed.
- Documents follow up.
- Follow up on patients’ Charity Applications.
- Update patient and Physician on approvals and confirm scheduled dose appointment.
- Arrange Delivery of Drug to Medical Facility.
- Patient and Physician Satisfaction Surveys.
- Prepare monthly Program Reports
- PV reporting.
Requirements
- Degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, or Allied Health Care Professionals.
- Experience with coordination in the healthcare industry.
- Affordability of patient support programs experience is an addition.
