Job Description

As the person in charge of practical accounting, you will be entrusted with overseeing accounting operations while managing three accounting staff.

Business Content

• Accounting member management
• journal review
• Trial balance review
• Management of closing operations (monthly closing, quarterly closing, annual closing)
• Approval and review of cash receipts and payments, transfers, expense reimbursements, etc.
• Tax return support (reported by an external tax accountant), monthly support & review available
• Audit response (annual settlement), preparation of financial statements, preparation of business reports
• Improvement and construction of business flow (consideration of changing accounting system due to business expansion)
• Responding to inquiries from business divisions
• Review of overseas financial results (Monthly review of local accounting consulting at each base)
• Collaboration with local accounting firms

Requirements

Required Skills

Required skills/experience:

• 5 years or more of accounting experience (both listed and unlisted)
• 3 years or more in settlement operations (listed company)

Language skills

• English level: TOEIC 600 or higher
• Possible if you can exchange emails (interaction with local staff and accounting office will occur)
• The business level is a plus

Welcome experience:

• Experience in overseas accounting, general management of overseas consolidated subsidiaries, etc.
• Experience communicating with foreign countries
• IT industry experience
• ERP implementation experience, accounting system migration experience
