  • Invoice issuance
  •  reconciliation
  • miscalculation confirmation (confirmation of delivery and receipt and confirmation of sales recording), reconciliation processing
  • transfer processing
  • ledger management
  • evidence storage, etc. Telephone reception
  • email correspondence
  • filing
  • miscellaneous affairs, etc.

Requirements

Minimum Experience Level Over 3 years
Career Level Mid Career
Minimum English Level None
Minimum Japanese Level Business Level
Other Language Chinese (Mandarin) – Business Level
Minimum Education Level Bachelor’s Degree
Visa Status Permission to work in Japan required

Required Skills

  • EXCEL VLOOKUP function, SUMIF function, etc.
  • EXCEL PIVOT aggregation
  • SAP experience
  • Accounts receivable knowledge
  • Nissho Bookkeeping Certification Level 2 or higher
  • 3 years or more of financial experience
  • Fluent in Japanese and Chinese

  • Kanagawa Prefecture

Work Conditions

  • Job Type Contract
  • Salary 4 million yen ~ 6 million yen
  • Work Hours Flextime system (standard working hours 09:00-17:45)
  • Holidays Number of annual holidays: 124 days (actual for 2020) / 2 days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays), public holidays, special holidays, etc.

Average Salary- ¥4,000,000
