About The Company.
Following the acquisition of a 60% stake in Standard Bank Plc, many of the contractual services agreements were constructed across the newly created ‘ICBC Standard Bank Plc’ business in such a manner as to continue to service and support the retained business of Standard Bank Group called ‘Standard Advisory London Limited. The GRES function delivers over 20 service lines into the Bank across the International Portfolio and both legal Entities.
Job Description.
To be an integral member of the GRES Mail Room and Document Solution team, providing consistently high levels of customer service to the bank, its employees, and its customers.
Responsibilities.
- Communicate effectively, in person, by telephone, and by email, to internal and external users.
- Provide a high level of customer service to the Employees of the bank.
- Receipting client invoices for Finance and procurement purposes.
- Ordering Stationery supplies, including business cards, day-to-day office equipment, etc.
- Delivering parcels and goods received using trolleys provided to various areas of the bank.
- Sorting of Internal/External mail and deliveries.
- Receipting and safekeeping of incoming courier items via Track IT system.
- Arranging and sending the UK and International couriers via approved parties.
- Proofreading and final ordering of Business Cards.
- Maintenance of print hubs, e.g., Paper and stationery supplies, housekeeping of areas.
- Print and Binding assist staff requests for printing and collating wire and thermal binding with the
- Creative Services Studio.
- Flat pack boxes and files.
- Retrieval & collection of files.
- Records Management and Data Analysis via RS Web.
- Managing the storage of client documents and files.
- Regular monitoring of physical file movement.
- Training to be completed as part of the role.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the Mail and Distribution team.

Salary: £10.46 an hour.
