VP, Talent & Learning – Banking industry

The Company clients are well-known banks who are looking for Talent Management/Learning professional at VP level to join their regional team here in Hong Kong.

Responsiblilty

You will be responsible for all aspects of talent management including L&D and performance management, ensuring strategies is developed to align with overall business talent goals. From design to implementation of the talent development programs, and manage the entire talent process.The successful candidate must have at least 12 years of experience in learning, talent development/management role, within banking or financial services industry. Proven experience of designing and implementing talent strategies are required. Fluent English in both written and verbal communication is a must.Data collected will be for recruitment purposes only.

• Implement budget report which allow unit to achieve expense objective of $25MM/397 FTE target.
• Manage daily ACH transfers and wire transactions including verifying all investor distributions are process.
• Prepare presentations, contracts, manage logistics, provide quality control and safety requirements.
• Lead the implementation of a new third-party ERP system, introducing sophisticate enterprise management system where none exist previously.
• Achieve high revenue processing volume by leveraging consultative selling skills, including all major stakeholders and cultivating internal investment partnerships.
• Maintain AVP calendar; prepare AVP expense reports; verify accuracy of RSD/Staff expense reports for AVP to approve.
• Develop tools and utilities using Perl, Java, and c #for grammar development, analysis, and tuning.

Average Salary: HK$850,000
