This key management role will be tasked with effectively leading and developing the resources required to support the global growth of Intuitive operations.

Another aspect of this role will be developing infrastructure in the new facility to respond to growing demand.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures, and estimated resources needed.
• Ensures that projects remain in scope and meet budgetary, scheduling, and quality requirements.
• Provides project status updates at predetermined time intervals to all stakeholders.
• Communicates routinely to management, project team members, and other stakeholders, actively soliciting and addressing project team feedback.
• Creates, manages, and distributes project communications artefacts like action plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Collaborate with other functional areas to ensure alignment of goals and priorities. Key functional teams to align with include NPI, Planning, Human Resources, Finance, and Product Quality.
• Ensure availability of needed capacity to meet the increasing demand for existing products and launch new products.
• Monitor budget compliance and take timely corrective actions to stay on track.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal and international regulations.
• Work with Regulatory and Quality Departments to meet all regulatory compliance needs across a diverse sector of government agencies.
• Ensure organizational preparedness in support of all regulatory and compliance audits.

Qualifications

Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:

• Master’s Degree in Engineering Sciences or adaptable
• Proven track record, including a minimum of 6+ years of experience in project management in industrial companies
• Technical solid analytical skills, including Value Stream Mapping, FMEA, statistical methods, and six sigma techniques
• Previous Medical Device manufacturing experience is desirable
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project programs
• Vital SAP and Tableau skill is desirable
• Experience in the transfer of operations in an international environment is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential in Bulgarian, German and English.
