Tasks

• Recalibrate the go-to-market strategy, market positioning, value prop and critical messages to drive demand and strengthen customer retention for our core product
• Understand the specific audience groups and develop the product’s positioning and messaging strategy to appeal to these audiences
• Deliver and manage relevant content through creative storytelling and other innovative initiatives to showcase the value our solutions can bring to our customers
• Monitor and analyze market dynamics and the competitive landscape that affects product demand and direction (including pricing and packaging).

Qualifications

• Experience with product marketing for software-based products is preferred (SMB, SME, SaaS)
• Track record of successful product launch/ relaunch and strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
• Good understanding of customer and market requirements, trends, and competitive intelligence
• Fluency in English is mandatory, and German is a plus.
