Job Description
A senior member in the team providing project management and cross-departmental coordination in the execution of business buildout and expansion initiatives. To continue the company’s growth momentum, expand our footprint in the region, and further enhance our platform in Hong Kong, we are looking for a strong candidate to join our COO office to execute our growth strategy and related initiatives. The candidate will take on project management and cross-departmental coordination role in several key initiatives, which include regional expansion, new business buildout, process reengineering and enhancement. In addition, the candidate is expected to maintain network and connectivity with relevant parties in the marketplace to keep a finger on the pulse on industry/market development, especially related to Fintech.
- Senior role in Chinese Institution
- Familiar with project management & work with IT
- Established Chinese institution
Requirements
- Graduate or post-graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or related field;
- Solid years of experience in financial services, especially in the securities brokerage/global markets.
- Familiarity with institutional sales/trading business in equities and FICC products (including derivatives and structured products), wealth management and retail brokerage businesses, and the latest Fintech trends in these business segments.
- Good understanding of front, middle and back office processes and previous experience in managing business buildout, process reengineering projects
- Previous work experience in the business unit’s COO Team / IT project management team is preferred.
