Job Description.
Joining Nestlé Purina Petcare, it is part of the First Center of expertise in the Food industry, an inclusive community, supportive and virtuous.
You will find respect and consideration to develop yourself at a different level.You are responsible for leading formulation and ingredient development at a factory level to deliver formula compliance, Quality and the best cost.
Responsibilities.
- Support the development of formulation specifications to ensure that factory constraints are addressed.
- Validate factory-specific constraints for new formulation specifications with the product platform team before factory implementation.
- Provide support to the factory product platform specialist as needed.
- Planned and led industrial ingredient-related testing and reporting following agreed-upon processes.
- Implement agreed-upon formulation scenarios at the plant level.
- Identify formulation and ingredient opportunities related to the plant and escalate according to agreed processes.
- Evaluate new ingredients at the plant level using formulation tools defined by the IngP team.
- Ensure all formulation cost reports and formulation change documents are produced and delivered on time.
- Actively participate in analytical reviews of ingredients and finished products in the plant and decide what updates to make to the ingredient database and what optimizations to ensure product quality consistency.
- Identify discrepancies in product consistency and potential causes if not related to ingredient data.
- Responsible for the maintenance of the plant’s ingredient database.
- Support formulation actions from 360 product reviews.
