Job Description

• We are a tax accounting outsourcing consulting company that provides one-stop services such as taxation, accounting, personnel affairs, and company registration, mainly for clients of foreign-affiliated companies active worldwide. Nearly 90% of our clients are foreign-affiliated companies, and we cater to a wide range of sizes, from a few start-ups to medium-sized and large companies with their accounting departments.

Job description

• Accounting work/payment work/payroll calculation assistance
• Telephone and email correspondence with clients for the above work
• English support available (reading, writing, and speaking in English)

Requirements

Required Skills

• Those who have no resistance to IT and English

• Experience as an accounting staff ・
• Knowledge of Nissho bookkeeping level 2
• English ability at daily conversation level

[Employment form]Full-time employee / No fixed employment period trial period: Yes / 3 months (There is no change in treatment during the trial period)[Assumed annual income] 2.7 million to 4.79 million yen Annualstick system * Determined in consideration of skills and experience.  Monthly amount: 1/12 of annual income(overtime paid separately)Fixed overtime fee: Yes (24 hours per month)*Salary revision/once a year (January)[Working hours]Flextime system *Core time 10:00~16:00*Standard working hours 8 hours per day[Work location] Shibuya-ku, TokyoIndoor passive smoking measures: Yes / No smoking
