Job Description
- Deal with the organization’s telephonic conversations with utmost diligence and punctuality.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Elaborate on the features, specifications, and details of the company’s product to convert the potential prospect into a consumer.
- Develop long-term contacts through qualitative telephonic discussions and conversations.
- Back up all the call history details using the company’s call centre database.
- Offer optimum call support service by initiating conversations in a respectful and welcoming tone.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls promptly.
- Assess customers’ exact requirements and provide appropriate solutions with utmost clarity and conciseness.
- Provide information to the customer about our products and create leads using the proper lead type.
- Take the initiative to build fruitful connections through fluent and engaging communication.
Skills
- Expertise in working as a call centre professional in a professional agency or BPO.
- Adept in handling different functions of the telephone along with fluent spoken skills.
- Adroit multi-tasker with the ability to note essential pointers while attending a vital customer call.
- Fluent command of computer technologies and basic operations for conducting the assigned tasks productively.
- Polished convincing and negotiation skills.
- Flexibility and openness to innovation and improvement.
