Corporate Credit Analyst / Approver (PRC & Local Corp/FI/NBFI)

• Conduct analysis, assessment and evaluation of credit proposals for corporate clients.
• Assist in ensuring the proper handling of credit requests and monitoring the high credit quality of the bank’s portfolio of commercial clientsReview and validate risk rating scorecards
• Monitor credit limit excess, credit ratings/loan classification changes, adverse news releases, credit events and developments relating to counterpartiesPerform regular reporting, portfolio analysis and research duties
• Participate in bank projects relating to commercial credit risk and ad-hoc duties
• Visit Commercial clients with relationship managers

​Requirements

• University degree holder, primary in Business/Finance/Accounting or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of credit analysis experience on Commercial banking credits; experience handling FI / NBFI / Chinese & large local corporates is preferred.
• Candidates with more experience or prior approval authority can be considered Credit approvers.
• Detailed-oriented, good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is a must)
• Proficient in PC applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Multi-tasked and able to work under tight timelines
