Job Description

This is one of the fastest-growing foreign banks in Hong Kong, with a strong presence in corporate banking around the globe. Currently looking for a Senior Officer – Corporate Loan Operation (Bilateral Loan) to support their daily complex bilateral loan transactions.

Responsibilities

• You will perform booking and settlement of loan operations on bilateral loan and agent loans
• Responsible for processing loans maintenance transactions such as pricing change, loan term amendment and overdue loan repayment
• Review the draft loan or security documents and participate in negotiation with relevant parties on simple deals
• Set up and disseminate information to syndicate lenders on drawdown and rollover,
• Revise internal guidelines and documents according to regulatory updates
• Support system enhancement for various systems to perform user acceptance tests, live verifications, drill tests

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related disciplines
• You will need 2 years of working experience in the banking industry, with experience looking after syndicated loan or bilateral loan operations.
• Team player, self-motivated and attentive to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in stakeholders’ management
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office; specifically Word and Excel
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Cantonese
