Job description

• Report to the Head of Digital Transformation and act as a product owner to deliver punctual projects to drive a successful firm-wide digital transformation journey
• Responsible for coordinating the ongoing rollout and adoption of digital products
• Act as an internal sales to manage different BU heads to adapt to new products
• Take ownership of the end-to-end product implementation process, from blueprint and business process streamlining to implementation and improvement.
• Work closely with internal IT teams and business users to enhance the end-user experience.
• Administer and configure role-based access controls, user licenses, features, spaces and projects within these productivity tools
• Lead the product creation and development cycle, from ideation and research to implementation

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Information Technology, Business Administration and related disciplines
• 8+ years of working experience in product management/project management for digitalization
• Recent working experience in a sizeable company and consulting firm
• Experienced in digital & business transformation projects within the enterprise
• Well-practiced in Agile methodology
• Relevant certificates in product management/project management
• Solid knowledge and skills in Confluence and Jira are a must
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Cantonese.

Average Salary: HK$75,000
