Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain Transformation, this is an independent role which you will be responsible for supply chain ERP system maintenance, development and upgrade. Being part of the APAC regional team, you will work closely with both internal users in supply chain and product development team, as well as external manufacturing partners to support them on system usage and troubleshooting. Working closely with different functional units, you will ensure alignment of various workflow and business process for system integration. You will conduct regular training to users in the region to ensure optimal usage of system.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Information Technology or related discipline with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in ERP system management.
• Familiar with supply chain process with solid knowledge in SAP SCM modules.
• Strong business acumen with good understanding on operation, business process and workflow.
• A good team player with strong problem solving skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with both local and overseas stakeholders.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is a must.

Average Salary: HK$40,000
