ERM Australia is looking for a Project Finance Supervisor to join our team in Sydney!

Overall Job Purpose:

• Supervising and managing the project finance team to deliver work within the project finance function
• Producing reporting to support the operational activities of the business
• Understanding the interrelationships between ERMs functions, practices and policies and how these are applied within the business model (s)
• Establishing strong working relationships with internal clients through successful delivery of work

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the delivery of Project Finance support (including staff supervision, process coordination and project reviews)
2. Ensure projects are monitored, a status maintained and validity in the system within the necessary time frames
3. Coordinate financial and accounting documentation for the project’s external and internal audits and provide ongoing support during the internal and external financial audits
4. Provide support on the acquired company’s transition to familiarise with ERM Standards and Processes,
5. Support with delivery of Period Close System’s monthly (Month End) target
6. Establish and manage effective, collaborative working relationships with the Finance team and Project Managers/Partners, both within the office and throughout ANZ
7. Provide training support to other members of the finance team or project managers as appropriate
8. Other relevant ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Commerce/ Accounting degree
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar or related role in consulting, professional services or engineering industries
