To be successful in this role, you will need to help your clients anticipate issues in today’s evolving DC/Pension environment, come up with fresh ideas and solutions and inspire clients to act.

4. Selection of record keepers, and ongoing monitoring of overall DC plan operations; review of vendor contracts

Qualifications

1. A designation such as LLQP, CEBS or CFA
2. 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least three in a DC environment (such as at a
3. consulting firm or a record keeper)
4. Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft office suite
5. Desired skill set
6. Strong analytical skills
7. Talent for communicating and explaining complex concepts
8. Adaptable and collaborative work style
9. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
10. Aptitude for and interest in business development
