They are seeking a Senior DC Consultant for our Wealth business in Toronto. You will be part of one of the largest and most experienced DC consulting teams in Canada.

You can help us develop new tools, participate in intellectual capital development, participate in marketing activities and take on a mentorship role for our analysts and consultants.
To be successful in this role, you will need to help your clients anticipate issues in today’s evolving DC/Pension environment, come up with fresh ideas and solutions and inspire clients to act.

- Support your clients, by using the latest innovative ideas, in all aspects of DC plan management, including:
- Financial wellness
- Plan design and benefit adequacy evaluation
- Selection of record keepers, and ongoing monitoring of overall DC plan operations; review of vendor contracts
- Establishment of project plans for DC plan implementations and management of timelines, deliverables and budgets.
- Design of optimal investment structures, as well as the selection and ongoing monitoring of investment managers and funds
- Fee competitiveness assessment
- Plan governance process development, implementation and ongoing application

- Preparation or review of member communication materials as needed to supplement the materials provided by record keepers

Qualifications
- A designation such as LLQP, CEBS or CFA
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least three in a DC environment (such as at a
- consulting firm or a record keeper)
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft office suite
- Desired skill set
- Strong analytical skills
- Talent for communicating and explaining complex concepts
- Adaptable and collaborative work style
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
- Aptitude for and interest in business development
