Responsibilities

The Proposition Management team is responsible for:

1. Having a strong product & services innovation pipeline
2. Defining the new products and services for the company
3. Leading the projects to create and integrate these new products and services in our alarm (together with R&D project managers)
4. Understanding how these new products and services will evolve the positioning of our company, the offering (sales proposition), the sales process, and the resulting economics
5. As part of the Proposition Management team, the role will require determination to deeply understand our business model, products & services (including the App), our operation and how we provide our services and our go to market.

Roles

1. Work closely with PM Director and/or PM Managers from the initial phase of the innovation pipeline to define the best way to track the commercial, operational&technical and customer engagement KPIs of the different products and services
2. Ensure all new products and services have the needed KPIs defined before the development phase
3. Work closely with the BI & Tech teams to deliver the right models and data to feed the KPIs & dashboards required
4. Ensuring a regular follow-up of the performance of our products and services & the main KPIs to track this performance
5. Responsible for the monthly review session of Product Performance with our CTO
6. Perform ad-hoc deep-dive analysis to make the right decisions on product design, evolution, and commercial proposition
7. Create on-demand business cases to understand the baseline and future scenarios of business development.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third parties to define solutions, document requirements, and implement complex initiatives to solve and achieve our technology organization’s goals.
9. Set strategic roadmaps and lead projects execution to ensure delivery according to business goals.
10. Manage projects ensuring proper alignment and approvals are obtained from Business, Legal, Data privacy, and Infosec.
11. Lead regular preparation of presentations, dashboards, and reporting to top management teams and markets.
12. Establish, maintain, and nurture relationships with strategic business partners, as well as other key stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications:

1. University degree (electrical / computer engineering / physics / mathematics degree are preferred)
2. Proven experience (2-3 years) in data modeling, analysis, and reporting
3. Entrepreneurial and committed, with a strong hands-on approach
4. Good understanding and passion about technology
5. Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in an international, multicultural setting
6. Strong self-management capabilities
7. Structured, detail-oriented, and capable of understanding the big picture
8. Strong and proactive analytic and problem-solving skills
9. Driven with a great people and motivational skills.
10. Impact-oriented with a focus on impact measurement
11. Strong written and oral communication capabilities for creating content and presenting, as well as writing more technical queries and reports
12. Good understanding of data modeling and queries, and SQL and DAX programming languages
13. Ability to create best-practice reports (e.g. Power BI reports) based on data mining, analysis, and visualization.
14. Expertise in creating and maintaining rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis. integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources.

Qualifications

1. Experience in business intelligence projects.
2. Experience in cloud data base projects, especially in Azure.
3. Experience in developing complex dashboards in PowerBI using DAX.
4. Experience in Tabular modelling in Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services.
5. Complementary programming languages, like javascript, Python, R, D3js
