Sales Coordinator

Main Accountabilities:

• Serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products and orders.
• Provide support for sales representatives.
• Ensures and maintains a good filling system and update

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations and maintaining a log/database as
• required.
• Data entry and updating reports/ excel sheets (work order, tracker, and quotes)
• Ad hoc process improvement projects to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain an efficient working environment.
• Process purchase orders and work orders and maintain log reports as required.
• To solve problems by liaising with the other staff and the customer.
• Other tasks to support the business plan
