About the role

This is a permanent part-time position at our Regis Whitfield home. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Registered Nurse in Health Care or Aged Care and be someone passionate about assisting our residents with their daily needs.

How you’ll make an impact

1. Ensure all clinical document is congruent with the current care requirements of residents
2. Administer schedule 8 medications and provide specialized nursing care as required
3. Monitor clinical care plans and participate in clinical auditing
4. Provide high-quality oversight and leadership of the home
5. Motivate, lead and supervise all the staff
6. Complete reporting and documentation based on Regis policies and procedures

About you

• Qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration
• A hands on approach to your role with a focus on customer service and leadership
• Proven capability and experience in leading a team
