Job Description
The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department, including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Responsibilities
- Aligning current Human resource activities per the organization’s work ethics and requirements.
- Reduce overhead costs by collaborating with team members and creating an annual plan.

- Align the company’s short and long-term goals by analyzing feedback and requirements of the workforce.
