Job Description
- Negotiate contract agreements for products and services.
- Assess contractor performance to identify the need for amendments of existing contracts.
- Prepare and edit contracts between the company and potential clients.
- Handle breaches of contracts promptly.
- Serve as the primary liaison with outside contracting representatives.
- Develop and implement practical procurement proposals.
- Research regulations to guarantee contracts are updated and in compliance with laws.
- Coordinate with clients to guarantee terms of contracts are fulfilled in compliance with the contract terms and regulations.
Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering / Accounting/ Finance or Equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in the Preparation and Management of Construction contracts and procurement for international bidding in infrastructure projects financed by Multilateral Development banks of equivalent organizations
- Minimum 3 years experience as a procurement specialist.
