Job Description

The intern will be placed in the Operations/Public Works Department and will support the team in the daily management activities of the assigned project in coordination with the Development Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In particular, the intern will be involved in the following activities:

• Support and assistance in ongoing project activities and workshops
• Support and assistance in the preparation of documentation relating to administrative procedures with involved bodies
• Support and assistance in the preparation of documentation relating to Procurement activities, according to private and public procedures
• Assistance or taking charge of the drafting of reports, minutes during meetings/calls and drafting of minutes of project meetings
• Finalisation of graphic elaborations and o computational analyses/numerical checks on project documentation;
• Support in the archiving of Project documentation.

REQUIREMENT

• Master’s degree in Architecture-Urban Planning or Civil/Building Engineering
• Deep knowledge of Autocad, Office package (Excel, Word, and Power Point) and Adobe
• Good spoken and written English;
• Interest in managing complex projects;
• Flexibility and aptitude to be involved in a team and in a multidisciplinary context;
• Accuracy/reliability in managing specific tasks and in line with scheduled deadlines;
• Post-graduate training in the field of design/manufacture/execution of public works and/or experience, even brief, in public tendering procedures and/or at public works sites is appreciated.
