Responsibilities.
• Ensure all departing aircraft have all requested amenities such as catering, coffee, ice, and newspaper.
• Resolve customer requests, questions, and concerns regarding the Company’s services or products.

• Escort crew and passengers to and from aircraft.

Specialist
Reporting to the Manager, Employee Relations, this position is accountable for supporting through the design, development, and implementation of all Employee/Labour Relations programs, processes, and initiatives, including but not limited to the Human Resources Policy Framework, Vendor/Contract Administration, and Case Management. This position will also support and lead in Employee Relations/Labour Relations-related data analytics, as well as investigative matters related to harassment, discrimination, violence in the workplace, and other Code of Conduct & Business Ethics breaches.
Responsibilities.
• Stay current on upcoming legislation as it pertains to the Human Resources Policy Framework and ensure all HR policies are current, reflective of legislative obligations and compliance, and fit for business
• Assist in the research, development, implementation, and monitoring of policies within the Human Resources Policy Framework, inclusive of partnership with Legal Services on the Code of Business Conduct & Ethics and its related annual certification for all
• Provide content for any required organizational learning for the GTAA’s HR Policy Framework and/or legislative obligations.
• Work with Subject Matter Experts in Human Resources and partners in Legal in ensuring and documenting legislative compliance with regulatory
• Serve on a team of internal investigators for matters related to harassment, discrimination, hostile work environment, retaliation, workplace violence, and employee relations submissions to the internal anonymous reporting system.
• Support in drafting investigative reports following investigations.
• Provide recommendations to line management pertaining to remedial measures arising out of investigations, as well as temporary measures for the safety and well-being of parties during the investigative process.
• Provide standards, best practices, guidance, and coaching to other HR professionals engaging in workplace investigations.
Skills.
• Ability to be a self-starter and remain flexible in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
• Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, which may change based on business demands.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing, concisely, and organized to all levels.
• Ability to remain calm and poised under pressure and difficult situations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of applicable labor and employment and human rights legislation.
• Ability to approach and conduct investigations with a bias-free mindset.
Requirements.
• Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or another related field is required.
• 3-5 years experience in Human Resources and Employee/Labour Relations.
• 1+ years’ experience in investigating matters pertaining to harassment, discrimination, and respect in the workplace.
• 1+ years experience in a unionized environment.
• CHRP designation is considered an asset.
• Able to obtain and retain Transportation Security Clearance at the designated level for the position.
