The Developer will have relevant experience of 12+ years and work in the analysis, development, configuration, implementation, and support of payment-related business applications.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and with the team to understand project requirements and existing implementations and build or maintain the technical aspects of .Net, Java, Angular, and Flutter applications, including but not restricted to analysis, design, estimation, optimization, and development of business requirements.

2. Enterprise Monitoring (EM) Engineer

Enterprise Monitoring (EM) is a team within the Information Technology (IT) Infrastructure and Production department responsible for CB’s continuously enhancing monitoring tools.

This includes Splunk, APM (AppDynamics), and Nagios. The main goal is to reduce the incidents where application errors are the main root cause hence developing the Applications Monitoring tool will be the main activity.

EM Engineer will operate on the team responsible for delivery and L2/L3 Support of Application Performance Management and other Enterprise Monitoring Tools (Nagios, Splunk / Splunk ITSI, Grafana, BMC Truesight, Humio, or any other analytics-driven performance management solutions).

To promote usage of monitoring tools during the development lifecycle phase by different IT teams and optimize the use of APM across platforms and service delivery models.

Focus on the monitoring toolsets for proactive monitoring of multi-tier applications, including EUM (end-user experience).

3. Merchant Customer Service Agent

• Attend and E2E resolve the following types of customer inquiries through CRM within TAT, intimating merchant communications on the same status.
• Acquiring E2E documentation management for new sign-ups – merchant agreements and application updates
• NAPS/QPAY Refunds
• NAPS Credit to Merchant Account
• Credit Card Refund (POS and E-commerce)
• Credit Card Credit to Merchant Account
• Unpaid Merchant Batches
• Access the PRIME System to determine whether the merchant account is active and update all the required transaction details (such as date, approval code, MID, amount, etc.), while raising the case through CRM
• Access to CyberSource portal to review the appropriateness of the refund requests before raising them through CRM e.t.c
