Allstate’s Staff and Retained Counsel represent policyholders in claims-related litigation/disputes across the country. It also represents the Company in defence of low and moderate exposure bodily injury and property damage lawsuits.

Responsibilities.

  • Review new file assignments, approve initial pleadings, propound discovery, and develop a strategy.
  • Contact clients to discuss the case, answer any questions and maintain contact at least 90 days.
