The Vacancy – Site Manager
The site engineer is part of the site management team and is responsible for security, health and safety, and organizing and supervising materials and people. - Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.

- Monitoring and interpreting the design and drawings supplied by the client.
- Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project.
- Planning the work and organizing the site facilities to meet agreed-on deadlines.
- Responsible for Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
- Preparing reports as required.
- Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements.
- Observance of safety requirements.
- Quality control is by approved method statements, quality plans, and inspection and test plans, all prepared by the project management team and subcontractors.
- Providing data in respect of variation orders and site instructions.
- Preparing record drawings, technical reports, and site diaries.
Qualification Required
- Bachelor of Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Desired Professional / Exposure or Experience:
- One Year/Two years in managing, Coordination, and Supervision.
- Good knowledge of the local construction market requirements
- Good to have a UAE Driving license
- Strong team spirit and a high sense of responsibility
- A civil engineering background is preferred
- Experience in the erection and installation of steel structures like trusses, purlins, rafters, platforms, chequered plates, etc.
