Job Description.

You’ll know you’re doing a great job when their Sales team comes to you because they know you can get things done, can help them navigate the Sales process, and can assist them in their quoting pricing and proposal needs. Through supporting a wide variety of deals, you’ll become comfortable in all of our support functions with the ability to have intelligent conversations regarding deal strategy and deal structuring. You will also be key in rolling out training and enablement materials for process improvements and pricing updates.

Responsibilities.

  • Become a subject matter expert of the Qualtrics ecosystem to help navigate reps through the Sales Process.
  • Act as a Sales-facing subject matter expert on the process, policy, and pricing/packaging-related matters.
  • Assist Sales teams in building and positioning complex orders, which involves acting as the liaison between Sales and key partners involved in the deal structuring process (e.g., Sales Strategy and
  • Operations, Accounting, Finance, Legal, Product, Product Marketing, etc.).
  • Be responsible for the day-to-day quote and pricing approvals.
  • Partner with Sales to ensure opportunities are properly built and tracked in Salesforce, including stage, probability, booking amount, and other required fields.
  • Capture and operationalize feedback from Qualtrics sales teams about the effectiveness of pricing and packaging and provide actionable guidance on areas of opportunity and improvement.
  • Aid sales with constructing quotes, rate cards, and Enterprise Licensing Agreements.
  • Support remote team members who are part of the sales organization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve internal processes.
  • Develop training materials for process gaps, system improvements, and new product roll-outs.

Requirements.

  • 3-4 years of professional experience.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Comfortable with SaaS technology and able to quickly learn new technology platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate across multiple channels compellingly and persuasively.
  • Experience delivering against multiple priorities simultaneously, along with strong attention to detail, planning, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Sales organizations, Sales quotas, and CRM platforms (i.e., Salesforce.com)
  • Ability to work with and analyze large data sets.
  • Comfortable giving guidance to Sales on larger enterprise agreements.
  • Due to the international focus of the role, a second language is advantageous but not essential.

Salary: €40363 per year.
