Job Description.
Reporting as the Customer Marketing Director for Western Cluster, you will play a focal role in developing the Customer Marketing strategy for the Air Care category in France. You will collaborate closely with the Sales, Finance, and Demand Planning team. You will deeply analyze the market, customers, and shopper dynamics and develop insights to convert into action plans across the channels. You will also be working with regional Customer Marketers to acquire regional principles, guidelines, and tools while providing them with the local dynamics and needs.
Responsibilities.
- Build French annual core plan.
- Responsible for delivering SoM and P&L targets for Air Care France.
- Develop pricing and promotional strategy.
- Develop and implement Trade Marketing Plan.
- Manage Equity and Pricing Budget.
- Design in-store strategy covering multiple pillars, i.e., BTL communication and in-store materials, price architecture, category assortment, and consumer promotions.
- Lead market execution of new launches.
- Lead cross-functional relations with key stakeholders; Regional Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Demand Planning teams.
- Responsible for management of shopper initiatives and investments for the category.
- Utilize multiple data resources to better understand market trends, competition, channels, and shopper insights driving high-quality trade plans.
- Takes an active role in the S&OP process, ensuring the connection between marketing plans, market execution, and sales.
- Manage the French Customer Marketing Air Team Team.
Requirements.
- Degree-level education, ideally within a marketing/business discipline.
- Six years experience and, specifically, three years of Marketing/Customer Marketing/Catman.
- Strong awareness, understanding, and knowledge of the local French retailers, shopper behavior, and insights.
- Strong planning/organizational skills and managing and prioritizing multiple tasks/projects to meet deadlines.
- Written and spoken fluency in English.
- Excellent analytical skills, ideally understanding/experience using Nielsen syndicated data.
- A strategic mindset understands the strategic & tactical nature of the business.
- Ability to work independently with a sense of ownership, leadership, and can-do attitude.
Salary: €64,000 per year.
