Responsibilities.
- Adherence to process & standardized operations as instructed.
- Active involvement in company safety culture.
- Working to improve quality by the following process and preventing faults forward.
- Identify opportunities for reduction of waste and improved methods of working.
- Undertake training on various tasks to support improved production flexibility.
- Ensure key performance indicators are achieved efficiently.
- Ensure timely escalation of concerns to ensure production efficiency.
- Particular attention to housekeeping as per 5s.
- Embrace company ethos & key behaviors.
Requirements.
- Previous experience in manufacturing as part of a team focused on delivering quality.
- Ability to follow the process.
