Job Description.
As part of the IBP team, you will be contributing to building weekly & monthly production plans and involved in continuous improvement projects to improve our internal processes & tools.
Responsibilities.
- Continuous improvement and enhancement of existing tools (KPI production adherence, shipment plan, production plan…).
- Reporting: improves/secures data gathering and takes advantage of Power BI features to consolidate figures from the monthly S&OP cycles.
- Adhoc analysis (potential portfolio simplification, MOQ…)
- Manages several specific manufacturing Products: from a monthly S&OP level to weekly detailed planning.
- Training document for existing / new processes and tools.
Requirements.
- Engineer or Supply Chain specialization (Master).
- Advanced level in Excel and demonstrated database skills/interest (Power BI).
- Fluent in English (oral & written).
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- The first experience in Planning (Demand or Supply) or a Business Analyst related job would be an asset.
- Demonstrate proactive behavior.
Salary: €24,582 a year.
