The Associate Talent Operations Analyst plays an important role within the Talent team by maintaining data in our Human Capital Management System (HCM). This position will be responsible for data entry of new hires, processing employment changes, uploading employment documentation and other administrative tasks to support the Talent Team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Administrative support for employee and contractor onboarding and offboarding, to include (but not limited to): creating new hire records in HCM, uploading employee documents and handling company equipment returns
  • Manage end to end administration of employee updates in HCM to include salary and job changes, organizational updates and terminations
  • Maintain electronic employee personnel files; performs periodic audits of employee files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately
  • Manages background reverifications for current employees
  • Manage end to end administration of benefits in HCM
  • Audit, review and reconcile monthly benefit invoices
  • Run monthly and ad hoc reports as requested
  • Performs other duties as assigned

 

 

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Extensive data entry skills, spreadsheet, and word processing proficiency required.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High degree of professionalism including the ability to handle sensitive/confidential material
  • Must be highly organized with the ability to work autonomously while prioritizing and multitasking several assignments
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
