Business Performance Manager, JapanRegus Japan Holdings K.K. (Regus)
Job Description
 Responsibilities:
- Supports GM in all recurring planning activities by partnering with HQ Commercial Planning and Buying & Merchandising teams
- Build an exhaustive and automated analytical framework and tool to monitor KPIs
- Monitor business performances and alert the responsible teams when any performance deviation from the target occurs
- Deep dives to understand root cause; problem-solve with relevant teams
- Partners with GM and HQ Regional Strategy to build business cases for strategic initiatives
- Provide input and feedback on OTB, Merchandising, Sales target, and budget
- Run analysis on industry/market trends, competitors’ pricing strategies and product assortment/potential suppliers; leverage knowledge of the local market. Provide Japan office’s point of view during a meeting with HQ. (in partnership with HQ/Economics team)

Required Skills
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Excel, SQL, and dashboarding tools (e.g. Tableau)
- Experience working collaboratively and cross-functionally in a global company
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and pressure
- Self-starter, resourceful and analytical
- Experience in e-commerce is highly preferred
- Native Japanese and fluent in English language abilities (written and spoken)
