Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of C++, XML
• Thorough knowledge of the standard library, STL containers, and algorithms
• Good understanding of memory management in non-garbage collected environments
• Understanding of dynamic polymorphism and C++-specific notions, such as friend classes
• Familiarity with templating in C++
• Good knowledge of Linux/UNIX Scripting, PERL, ANT, and or another shell scripting
• Working knowledge of code versioning using tools like CVS, SVN, GIT
• Ability to write clear and concise technical documents
• Ability and willingness to develop documentation on technical architecture, system designs, hardware/software/application configurations, and operations
• Ability to effectively manage multiple activities of varying complexity while under time constraints
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also perform as part of a team
• Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
