Job Description.
HSBC Private Bank seeks to be the leading international private bank for business owners and their families. At HSBC Private Bank, we put their clients at the center of everything we do.They are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as a Client Service Executive, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.
Responsibilities.
- Maintain the highest standard of excellence in client service.
- Attend face-to-face and virtual client meetings as requested by the Relationship Manager.
- Take Ownership of any client inquiries and requests, responding promptly and comprehensively.
- Build trusted and sustained relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prompt and appropriate action is taken to address client feedback/complaints.
- Manage all HSBC “Know Your Customer” requirements and ensure that all client-service-related activities are performed following all PBUK processes and procedures.
- Provide support to Offshore Representative Offices as necessary.
- Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure our own conduct maintains financial markets’ orderly and transparent operation.
Requirements.
- Experience in providing excellent client service to Ultra High Net Worth Individuals.
- Experience in communicating with senior business stakeholders.
- Experience working in a dynamic, pressurized environment.
Salary: The average client service executive salary in the United Kingdom is £25,500 per year.
