Qualifications and Experience:

1. Undergraduate or master’s degree with 1 –3 years of work experience after completing your degree.
2. Demonstrable consulting skills.
3. Proven record of leadership in a work setting and through extracurricular activities.
4. Exceptional analytical, interpretive and problem-solving skills, including the proven ability to analyze large amounts of data and synthesize key findings and recommendations.
5. Experience using data analysis or querying tools such as SQL, SAS, Excel or Tableau.
6. Strong presence & communication skills. Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and the local office language(s).
7. Excellent client management & engagement management skills; collaborate well across multiple communication channels.
8. Proven team player with proven ability to work with all levels in a highly intellectual, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
