Key Responsibilities:
- Based on user stories and user research from our business analysts, design user flowsand Figma screens
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance and tweak UI/UX to meet user needs
- Reviewing the implemented screens, to provide the engineering team with feedback to ensure the application matches your original design
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
Qualifications:
- Experience with Material Design and a strong grasp of visual design principles, information design, typography, color, imagery, and iconography
- A design sense that focuses on simplicity and speed of user goals, with an ability to create clean, visually appealing designs
- Proficiency in Figma or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Up-to-date with the latest Ul trends, techniques, and technologies
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- A portfolio that demonstrates both creative thinking and the delivery of effective and pleasing user experiences.
