Job Description
Accountabilities:
- Operate designated applications and systems per operating procedures to meet the bank’s functional activities.
- Handle critical, periodic processes such as daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual closing, data backup etc., as per the planned schedule to accomplish the area’s goals.
- Monitor the system, rectify minor deviations, and report significant problems to concerned parties to ensure that systems work per specifications.
- Escalate service interruptions to concerned parties to ensure proper and timely problem resolution.
- Ensure the ATM network is kept operational 24/7 with receipts, journals, cash, etc., through continuous monitoring.
- Write/update Operations Job Procedures and obtain the necessary approvals needed for implementation
Skills
B. Qualification:
- Proficient in Windows Networking tools and commands.
- Experience in performing Patch Management through SCCM or other central deployment tools.
- Experience in Antivirus installation and configuration.
- Experience in Software deployment.
- Experience in preparing PC Images through any market tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Active Directory, DHCP and DNS basic knowledge.
- AD group policies knowledge.
C. Experience:
- Minimum 2-3/- years of experience, preferably in a similar environment.
D. Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer science and related field.
E. General Skills:
- Kuwait-based/ Transferable visa.
- Any nationality is acceptable.
- Driving license with car.
- Salary is non-negotiable 400/- KWD.
