We are Develux, a fast developing IT company which has operated in the US market since 2014. We have 250 + goal-oriented, passionate specialists about what they do and are open to new challenges. Looking for skilled Sales Representative for one of our main product – SkillHub (CV writing).
Responsibilities
– Creating message sequences, follow-ups
– Providing sales support
– Creating a database of relevant leads and contacting customers
– Resolving payment issues
– Analyzing chats with sales representatives and improving sales strategy
Requirements
– Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills (C1 or at least strong B2 level of English)
– Research and analytical skills
– Good typing speed
– Ability to determine customer’s needs and work with objections
– Experience in B2C sales
– Proactiveness and ability to be a team player
– Strong communication skills
– Ability to spot buying signals and know how to follow up on these
Nice to have:
– Experience in B2C sales would be an advantage
– Knowledge of CV/ Resume writing
– Experience in customer support
Working conditions
– Full-time job, Mon- Fri
– Night shift: 22:00-6:00 (Kyiv timezone)
