Responsibilities
- Digital Management: Support the Director of Marketing with all digital marketing strategies.
- Website Management: Oversee the hotel’s website, and three additional outlet websites ensuring a seamless user experience, optimizing for conversions, and implementing SEO and visual content with strategy supported by the Director of Marketing.
- Social Media Management: Manage and enhance the hotel’s presence on various social media platforms, engaging with the audience and fostering brand loyalty
- Content Creation: Manage content development across digital platforms, including social media, and seasonal website transitions with photography and videography vendors.
- Email Marketing: Support the deployment process of monthly email marketing campaigns, and targeted messaging to drive customer engagement and conversions.
- Paid Advertising: Launch digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display advertising, and paid social, to increase brand visibility and drive qualified traffic.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor digital marketing performance, analyze data, and generate regular reports to assess ROI and optimize strategies for improved results.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Onsite role – candidates living in or relocating to the Seattle area only.
- Previous CMS experience with websites is required
- Previous Social Media management experience is required
- Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications and other relevant computer applications required
- Graphic design experience (Canva or other software programs) is a plus
- Photography skills and experience with photoshoots and content creation is a plus
- University/College degree in a related discipline is a plus
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
