As a Project Manager, you will develop project plans and manage them through to completion. In addition, you will be identifying issues and problems, generating solutions and helping choose appropriate alternatives.

They rely on you to manage project scope by assessing requirements, and changes, determining and conveying impact on the budget, time and risk.

1. Project Scheduling and Budget Planning

1. Responsible for using best practice methodology to create a project plan to fit the stakeholder’s/customers’ needs and deliver within budget on desired outcomes.
2. Work with the Resource Managers to predict resources needed to reach objectives in an effective and efficient manner.
3. Prepare the budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements and ensure the project keeps to the budget (isn’t over or under-serviced).
4. Responsible for managing the budget for third-party suppliers where needed.
5. Be accountable for the creation of the project plan in Hubble’s project management software.
6. Should be confident in facilitating project stakeholder meetings and briefing Resources on project timelines and milestones.
7. Resolve a situation where the project is over budget, working with the Key Account Manager to motivate for more budget if possible.

2. Project Tracking (reporting and administration)

1. Responsible for the completion, distribution and storage of all project documentation which includes but is not limited to the account initiation document, client contact reports
2. Responsible for ensuring all briefs are prepared on time and resolving situations where briefs are unclear or incomplete.
3. Prepare and maintain clear and concise progress reporting with a view to discovering potential problems before they occur.
4. Applies a proactive approach in routinely tracking the project members’ progress against their project commitments.

3. Project Communication (timelines and client satisfaction)

1. Responsible for driving efficient project meetings following the SPAT Method.
2. Strive to recognize and communicate when problems surface or potential problems are looming.
3. Communicating and mitigating project risks.
4. Communication on regular project updates, dependencies and deadlines to all project stakeholders including the internal Huble team and Client Stakeholders.
5. Resolve any project roadblocks whether internal or from the client side ie. lack of login details, missing guidelines, etc.

Requirements

These are the following requirements:

1. Extensive experience in project management within a digital marketing, sales or similar field.
2. Proficiency in project management methodologies, preferably with formal training.
3. Have experience in a Consultancy, Agency or Software development organisation
4. Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
5. Have experience with project management Software such as Accelo, TeamGantt, Monday.com or similar.
6. Working knowledge of Google applications.
7. Proficient in writing and speaking German.
