Educational Trainer- RGN- Training for Domiciliary Care Providers (New Born and Elderly) This is a particular impactful role and the company is looking for a good leader, mentor and role model.Job role requires providing short and efficient training for domiciliary care at home providers, ensuring their understanding in taking care of new born, the elderly and everything in between.

Following care plans, ensuring effective delivery of knowledge and quantifying understanding and learning. Reporting to Vice Principal, and ensuring efficient delivery of management information on daily basis.

Who should apply:

  • Nursing Assistants
  • Retired Nurse
  • Caregivers
  • Teaching Assistants (EYFS Nursery)

Required Experience:

  • 3-5 year experience as Registered General Nurse
  • College Graduate
  • Training Certificates + Police Clearance Certificate
  • Experience with elderly care, first aid & newborn care is essential.

Salary + Benefits:

  • Salary shall be paid as per industry qualifications and experience.

This is live-in opportunity at our Residential Training Centre in Umm Al Quwain- Accommodation and utilities provided. 30 days’ Annual vacation entitlement and AED1500 Annual Flight Ticket Allowance. Full Employment Visa, EID and Medical Insurance.
