• Promotion and sales of hotel products such as guest rooms, restaurants, and banquet services
• Understanding customer needs and providing satisfactory services through phone calls and face-to-face meetings
• Coordination with relevant departments regarding events
• Long-term cooperation with customers Build solid relationships and make proposals that meet your needs
• Formulate a marketing plan
• Guidance and development of team members
