Responsibilities
These are:
- You manage all aspects of the kitchen (operational, administrative).
- You prepare creative and innovative menu plans and calculations based on the F&B concept
- You do not lose the overview with many different outlets and manage to lead and guide your team accordingly
- You optimize the productivity and efficiency of the subordinate areas
- You lead the entire kitchen brigade professionally, disciplinarily and administratively
- You supervise the kitchen in terms of cleanliness and maintenance (HAACP)
- You will be in charge of the optimal purchase and ordering of food/merchandise
- You always have a watchful eye on the compliance and review of the current kitchen budget (personnel costs, foodcost, etc…)
- You are a real team player with all F&B departments and the leadership team
- You are responsible for the further development of our kitchen team and trainees and enjoy passing on your extensive knowledge
- You are no stranger to social media and you regularly provide content for our marketing team
Qualifications
These are:
- You already have several years of professional experience in a similar position, international experience is an advantage
- You are characterized by a modern leadership style and have great experience in leading and motivating employees
- Your creativity and enthusiasm for professional implementations are accompanied by a keen sense of culinary trends.
- Your strong awareness of quality and your high standards are evident in everything you do
- You are a communication talent with good German and English skills
- Your commercial and organizational knowledge and skills are the basis for your decisions
