Key Accountabilities
- Coordination and monitoring of external vendors
- Commissioning and scheduling of external companies
- Technical Inspections of our buildings
- Facilities Orders
- General Facilities Service Ticket processing
- Building Access Control
- Issue all Purchase Orders according to existing policies (on behalf of the FAC department), including the management of an appropriate record-keeping system of supporting documentation and follow-up on payment with Finance.
- Maintain a positive, results-orientated work environment, building partnerships and modelling teamwork, and communicating to the team in an open, balanced and objective manner.

- Computer literate (MS Office incl. Outlook)
- Organizational skills

- Fluent in German
- Basic English
Education
- High School Diploma
- Education in the technical area
- Driver´s license required
